Ashtanga Yoga

Yoga is the relationship that is built between the Body, the Mind and the Breath. Yoga is creating space free from obstacles in your own body to live. I am here to help others find this release so that they can comfortable and competently move their bodies through life.

I Teach

I believe that teaching is a continuous journey of the learning process. Some wish to be the best teacher in this lifetime, but I wish to be the best student I can be. My desire to learn is what makes my teaching meaningful. Zarchi's yoga journey started at a very early age. By now she has an experience in practicing and teaching yoga in India and Myanmar.

Along the way she completed her Master of Public Administration(MPA),BA ( International Relationship). In 2019,April she also completed her RYT 200hrs from Mysore Ashtantaga Yoga School, India. Decades of practice and teaching experience allow Zarchi to teach with thoughtful sequencing and good teaching method. Her classes are joyful and challenging as they combine technical understanding of yoga with plain language, analysis teaching design and compassion.

Zarchi definitely believes that there is a yoga to fit everyone. An intuitive her teaching skill is connect with each student, hoping to foster in them a desire to explore their own unique practice through Breath and Posture.

Thiha received yoga alliance certified 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga teaching certification from Ohm Santih yoga school of Singapore in 2015 and 300- hour ashtanga vinyasa yoga teaching certification for intermediate series from Mysore in India. So he is now completed 500 hour certified yoga teacher of yoga alliance.

Although trained as an ashtanga vinyasa yoga teacher, he is always thinking to create and combine the beautiful sequence of asanas with vinyasa and hatha flow. So his teaching style is ashtanga vinyasa and hatha yoga and very focused to correct the alignment of all students.

Thiha emphasizes his students not only for flexibility but also to be strong both of physical and mental. He believes that "health is wealth, peace of mind is happiness and yoga shows the way".
